The central theme of Jim’s career is ecological and economic integration to create high performance projects. Jim recently completed construction of a 90,000 sf, Zero Net Electric, multi-tenant commercial office building at 1400 Page Mill Road in the Stanford Research Park of Palo Alto, California.
