Eric Shafran is the Founder and Principal at SII LLC, and is currently serving as the Portfolio Integration Manager for the City and County of Denver on the redevelopment of the National Western Center. Prior to founding SII, Eric worked as a Director at Romani Group Inc./ICON Venue Group, an owner’s representation firm specializing in major league sports and cultural construction projects. He also spent four years in the Equities Division at Goldman Sachs, where he worked as a Financial Analyst, specializing in the real estate sector. He has a master’s degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the Burns School of Real Estate at the University of Denver, and an undergraduate degree in Music from the University of Michigan.
