Becky Walker leads CLEAResult’s design and implementation work for the Energy Trust of Oregon New Buildings program. As a senior leader of one of the nation’s premiere commercial new construction programs, she plays a key role in its innovative and award-winning Path to Net Zero offering as well as its high degree of success as a market transformation and resource acquisition program. Ms. Walker has a background in energy policy research with a focus on program design, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Wake Forest University and a Master of Energy and Environmental Policy from the University of Delaware.
